Surrounded by nature, it is just a few minutes’ drive from shops, restaurants, and ski lifts. The Taconnaz area is also well served by public transport, making it an excellent base to explore the entire Chamonix valley.

The chalet is spread over three levels.

On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower), a second double bedroom, and a bedroom with two single beds. The latter two share a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. This level also features a wellness area with sauna, a functional ski room with boot dryer, and a private garage.

On the main floor, you’ll find a bright and spacious living area with large windows, a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a cosy dining space. This level opens directly onto a large terrace with BBQ, ideal for enjoying the spectacular mountain views. The master bedroom is also located on this floor, offering generous space, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Finally, on the top floor, a unique relaxation area has been created, including a TV corner, a games room under the roof, and a large net hammock suspended above the living room—perfect for playful or restful moments.
