This lovely brand new 4 bedroom chalet is one of three identical ones that have been newly built on a huge plot of land that was once Chamonix's main campsite. On the top floor is the master bedroom with its dressing room and bathroom/shower. The rest of the floor is dedicated to the open plan living area which is divided into four main areas with a central staircase: kitchen, dining room, lounge and separate TV area. This whole area has delightful volumes and is beautiful and bright.

The ground floor has three good sized bedrooms which are all en suite, a sauna with views, a garage, a laundry room and a shoe and ski room.
